Yallingup Swim

Yallingup Lagoon is one of those places we return to again and again. On a clear day, the shallow water becomes a patchwork of turquoise, soft greens and sandy neutrals, with the reef visible beneath the surface and people dotted through the lagoon.

In Yallingup Swim, I wanted to capture that feeling of being there rather than simply paint the view. The little figures give a sense of scale to the enormous blue sky and open water, while the rocks and reef in the foreground draw you into the shallows.

It is an ordinary summer moment, but perhaps that is exactly why I wanted to paint it - the kind of day that becomes part of our memories of living and holidaying by the coast.

All original artworks are packaged with great care to ensure they arrive safely.

Due to the materiality and scale of the works, original paintings are shipped as finished artworks and are not available rolled.

Local collection is available from Dunsborough, with delivery also available within the Margaret River Region.

Perth metropolitan delivery is available via specialist art courier for $100.

Regional WA and interstate shipping is available, with tracking and insurance. As costs vary depending on the size and destination of the artwork, shipping will be quoted and invoiced separately after purchase.

International shipping is also available by personalised quote and will be invoiced separately after purchase.

Framed works are professionally finished in either a natural Tasmanian oak float frame or an Italian narrow shadow-line box frame, as shown.

Unframed works have finished edges, with the painting continuing around the sides.

Each original artwork is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity.
