What's In Your Bucket?

When visiting Castle Bay one late afternoon, I was stopped in my tracks by the light on the still water and the endearing scene of a man fishing while his woman sat patiently on the rocks. The sign amused me and lead to all sorts of fun discussions in our household as to what we should name the painting, one suggestion being ‘Marriage on the Rocks’! I finally arrived at the title “What’s in Your Bucket?” as it is a common phrase to initiate discussion when passing fisherman on a stroll down the shoreline.

I hope it conjures the same feeling of taking a deep breath and exhale and allowing time in nature to sooth the soul and remind you of similar encounters.

Local collection is available from Dunsborough, with delivery also available within the Margaret River Region.

Perth metropolitan delivery is available via specialist art courier for $100.

Regional WA and interstate shipping is available, with tracking and insurance. As costs vary depending on the size and destination of the artwork, shipping will be quoted and invoiced separately after purchase.

Framed works are professionally finished in either a natural Tasmanian oak float frame or an Italian narrow shadow-line box frame, as shown.

Unframed works have finished edges, with the painting continuing around the sides.
