There is something special about Injidup as the day begins to soften. The crowds thin, the wind eases, and the coastline seems to settle into a quiet rhythm of its own. As the last warm light catches the limestone cliffs and glows across the turquoise water, the familiar landscape feels both peaceful and timeless.

I was drawn to this moment not because of dramatic waves or vivid colour, but because of the sense of calm that settled over the bay. It reminded me that some of the most memorable moments are often the quietest—the moments when we pause long enough to simply take in the beauty before us. It is named after a favourite song that spoke to me as I painted this piece.

Painted in oils, So Will I is an invitation to linger a little longer and enjoy one of Western Australia's most treasured coastal places as the day gently draws to a close.
