Berries IX

A little silver jug overflowing with blueberries became an irresistible study in contrasts - the soft, rounded berries against the cool, reflective surface of the metal.

I loved watching the colours shift across the jug as it picked up everything around it: warm timber, soft pinks, flashes of blue and the berries themselves, distorted and reflected back in unexpected ways. Even the two little berries that escaped onto the table seemed to find exactly where they belonged.

Berries IX continues my exploration of the beautiful relationship between something natural and fleeting, and the enduring, reflective character of metal. A simple arrangement, but one that offered so much to notice.

All original artworks are packaged with great care to ensure they arrive safely.

Due to the materiality and scale of the works, original paintings are shipped as finished artworks and are not available rolled.

Local collection is available from Dunsborough, with delivery also available within the Margaret River Region.

Perth metropolitan delivery is available via specialist art courier for $100.

Regional WA and interstate shipping is available, with tracking and insurance. As costs vary depending on the size and destination of the artwork, shipping will be quoted and invoiced separately after purchase.

International shipping is also available by personalised quote and will be invoiced separately after purchase.

Framed works are professionally finished in either a natural Tasmanian oak float frame or an Italian narrow shadow-line box frame, as shown.

Unframed works have finished edges, with the painting continuing around the sides.

Each original artwork is accompanied by a personally signed certificate of authenticity.
