Handmade in my Dunsborough studio, Old Linen is a ceramic propagation rest finished in a warm ivory glaze reminiscent of well-loved natural linen. Its understated, country-inspired finish makes it an easy addition to a kitchen windowsill, shelf or collection of favourite vessels.
Designed to rest over the opening of a glass, jar or favourite vessel, the holes gently support your plant cuttings while their roots grow in the water below — creating a simple little propagation station for your windowsill, kitchen or shelf.
Simply add water to your vessel, place your propagation rest on top and thread your cuttings through the openings.
Also great to flower arranging or supporting that single stem bloom.
Available in Small and Large.
Each propagation rest is individually handmade, so variations in shape, glaze and finish are part of its character.
