To Dance With the Light

from $85.00

This fine art print is inspired by the way morning light caste beautiful shadows over everyday forms, in this case a collection of jugs and ceramics and a beautiful Banksia flower.

The painting invites the viewer to pause and breathe and notice.

Rendered in a muted palette, this piece brings a sense of light and calm into any room, making it ideal for larger spaces or minimalist interiors.

A timeless piece of Western Australian contemporary still life wall art.

Artist’s Statement: “To Dance With the Light" is a celebration of the interplay between light and shadow, where every contrast and shadowed corner tells a story. The spikey form of the banksia and the speckled texture of the clay pot are brought to life as the light dances across them, creating a striking contrast between light and dark. This piece reflects my deep love for the way light transforms a subject, revealing its beauty in new and unexpected ways. It also serves as a reminder of the ultimate joy I anticipate—dancing in the presence of the Light, where all shadows fade away. “
