SHIPPING

Original Paintings are dispatched as soon as possible, depending on if they exhibited at one of the galleries Heidi Emma is featured in.

For paper and canvas prints, we print to order from Dunsborough, WA so please allow 2-7 days processing and 7-20 days printing and shipping for Australian orders (more for international).

We only ship un-stretched and unmounted prints internationally so that they arrive in pristine condition where you can then take them to a framers.

We'll obviously endeavour to get orders out as fast as we can but during busy periods it can take the full amount of time quoted.

PICKUP OPTION: To facilitate a pick up from Heidi’s studio space, simply select the pick up shipping option at the checkout. This will remove any shipping fee. We will contact you when your order is ready so please leave your mobile as well as email.

These charges vary depending on the shipping destination. Please make sure you check with the relevant customs so you are aware of any charges that may be added to your order. Heidi Emma does not add these charges to your order and is not liable to pay them. They are applied by the government of the country you are importing the product to. These are some examples of fees you may be charged by customs for importing an item: GST, LEVIES, DUTIES, STORAGE, ENTRY, INSPECTION, ADMINISTRATION.

Commission POLICIES:

Heidi Emma is currently taking commissions. Please email should you wish to discuss what is involved.

Workshop  POLICIES:

Heidi Emma likes to ensure that everyone who books a space in her workshops is well looked after and so spots are limited. This means that if you are unable to attend the workshop you have booked, it means someone else couldn’t attend in that place. It therefore cannot be transferred to another session. Refunds are not provided, however, all tickets are transferable to another person to attend that same workshop in your place.

For those with vouchers for a workshop, these can be redeemed by booking in with Heidi Emma directly. Your place will be confirmed and Heidi aims to accommodate requests subject to availability. If you for any reason can not attend the workshop you redeemed your voucher with, the voucher is considered to be used.

For private workshop bookings, payment is required in order to secure the spot. If for some reason you cannot make your booking and let Heidi know with more than 30 days notice, you may reschedule the class to a later date within 6 months of the orgiianl workshop date with no charge. Workshops rescheduled within 30 days of the date incur a $70 administration fee and Heidi will do her best to accomodate your date change. If participants fail to attend the subsequent workshop to which they have transferred their credit, or the 6 months expires, they will forfeit all fees. Due to time, resources, catering and venue hire, Heidi requires a minimum of 7 days notice before the scheduled workshop if you cannot make your booking, otherwise you forefit all fees paid and the workshop will not be rescheduled.

While you are able to create and sell art using the skills and knowledge you have gained from attending this workshop, all Heidi Emma workshops are covered by Copyright. Participants are not authorized to teach or sell the information presented within this workshop which remains the intellectual property of Heidi Emma. Written approval is to be obtained by Heidi in order to reproduce the content of this workshop in an educational or instructional manner which she has the right not to approve.
